Payment Policy:

1: All Payments must be made in full before we will despatch your order. We do not offer a credit facility at this time.

2: All goods remain the property of Kilo Two Niner Concealment Products LTD, until payment has been received in full and the item has been dispatched to the delivery address.

3: We accept all major Credit and Debit Cards for online purchases, these being processed via Visa, Switch, Mastercard, payments are processed through “Wix Payments” there is no charge to the customer for using this facility. We also offer payments in person at events using TIDE, we do not get to see any payment details, only that a payment has been made.

4: Your billing address must be the address that your payment card is registered too. Failure to provide the correct details may result in a delay in the dispatch of your order.

5: We DO NOT accept any of the following methods of payment via our website :- Cash, Cheque, Postal Order or Direct Bank Transfer, Paypal, Google pay, Apple pay.

6: Our computer system is completely Automated, meaning when an order is placed, within a normal (short) time period, you will receive an automated response, this normally in the way of a Payment Receipt and/or Order Confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second automated email. In the unlikely event that you have not received any emails following placing your order, please contact us via our email so that we are able to change and amend this at the earliest opportunity.

SHIPPING:

1: Our Standard UK shipping is delivered using ROYAL MAIL, this is a fully tracked service and is by far the most cost effective and reliable on the market, keeping the pricing as low as possible for the customer.

2: International Shipping is available but the customer must send an email BEFORE purchasing any products so we can adjust and advise of shipping costs.

3: For International shipping, our products are sent using the most cost effective service to the customer. when completing the Customs Documentation, we complete fully to the best of our knowledge. we WILL NOT make any Misleading or False claims. Please note, that on the occasions that parcels are stopped and examined by customs, this will most likely mean YOU as the customer will incur additional charges. PLEASE NOTE: Kilo Two Niner Concealment Products LTD are not responsible for this, or any costs incurred by importing your purchase into your home country.

Returns Policy:

Upon purchasing one or more of our products you must have accepted our Returns Policy (can also be seen below). If you wish to return an item, you must contact us by email: ktn.cp@outlook.com, we will then be able to advise you on the best course of action.

Faulty or defective items:

1: If you need to return an item because it is defective or faulty, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product via email at ktn.cp@outlook.com or the contact us page. Please include as much detail as possible and pictures if able.

2: If an item has a a small defect and we think it is fixable by yourself and will save money and time on shipping it back to us, we will advise on how to fix the defect instead of having it returned and may give a voucher towards other Kilo Two Niner Concealment Products LTD products for the inconvenience.

3: If an item is accepted by us to be returned, we shall reply to you with an email stating we will accept your return and a delivery address for you to return the faulty product(s) to.

4: When returning an item via post, Royal Mail First or Second Class Signed for must be used, with proof of postage obtained and a copy of the receipt emailed to ktn.cp@outlook.com.

5: If an item is returned to us and is found upon inspection not to be faulty, we will not refund any postage and will charge a re-delivery charge to return the item to you.

6: If a fault is found, we will repair the item (where possible) or offer a suitable replacement (if available) this providing that the above stages have been adhered to.

7: We will only offer a refund if a suitable replacement is not available.

8: KTN/Lonestar Tactical masks, we only offer an exchange on these if the masks are faulty/damaged. We do NOT offer returns or refunds on these at any other time due to health and safety rules based around bacteria. Unfortunately we can not take customers word of mouth that the masks have not been worn as there is no way to prove this.

Unwanted Goods/incorrectly ordered goods:

We do NOT accept returns on products that have been purchased and then no longer wanted.

We do Not accept returns on products that have been ordered incorrectly (incorrect color ordered), (incorrect quantity ordered). You must check you are correctly ordering before completing your purchase.

Product colors may appear different in person to how they appear on a laptop/phone screen etc.

We will not accept returns because our products do not happen to blend in with certain foliage and environments.

The colors and patterns are designed to be "generic" to help blend in as much as possible across a wide range of environments. To make our products as effective as possible we highly advise you follow the "before use recommendations" on the product page.

This does NOT mean that our products will blend in with every environment 100% or make the wearer invisible.

Items purchased for a third party (Gift):

We will accept returns for items purchased for a third party (gift) only if the items fall under the "faulty or defective items" part of the Returns Policy, and the Policy steps are adhered to.

Damaged In Transit / Missing Items:

1. We send all parcels using Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature, the service would have been shown upon checkout. All deliveries must be signed for, we do not allow deliveries without obtaining a signature. If you contact the courier directly and change our instructions once your order has despatched to be delivered without a signature or to someone other than the addressee. You forfeit your right to make any claim with us or the courier in the event of loss or damage.

2. Upon Arrival to you ALL parcels should be thoroughly checked and inspected for any signs of damage. This must be done whilst the courier is in attendance. In the unlikely event that you find that your parcel has arrived damaged, you must sign the courier's delivery sheet / device as "damaged".

3. During Coronavirus Restrictions the courier will sign for you (Due to Social Distancing) but YOU must ensure that the courier has logged that the package is damaged. Failure to do so will put the liability for any missing or damaged item(s) on you.

4. All goods enclosed in your delivery must be inspected within 48 hours of receiving them and any missing items should be reported to us within the same 48 hours via Email: ktn.cp@outlook.com. Please Note, that All packages are photographed and filmed as they are packed for dispatch, with this footage being held on file for our reference.

5. In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us, we (Kilo Two Niner Concealment Products LTD) will NOT be held responsible for any items that have been sent to us if they become lost or get damaged in transit. You are responsible as the shipper for returning the item(s) to us.

6. Although we specify the minimum requirement for return shipping (Royal Main First Class Signed For) we would recommend sending the package by Recorded/Special Delivery or by a Courier. Please keep in mind, you (the sender) are responsible for ensuring that the goods are well packaged, as you are ultimately responsible for the return goods until they reach us.

Refunds, Replacements & Exchanges:

If we have to refund your original purchase cost (minus any discounts used) for returned items that we do not have a suitable replacement available, we will process the refund to the original method of purchase. All refunds will be processed by Kilo Two Niner Concealment Products LTD within 7 working days. This is from the receipt of the returned goods.

Warranty Terms:

All products sold by Kilo Two Niner Concealments Products LTD do NOT come with any form of warranty.

Please note that in all instances Kilo Two Niner Concealment Products LTD shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages or expenses, including but not limited to lost profits or other economic or commercial losses.

Nothing contained within these terms and conditions affects your Statutory Rights under Consumer Law.

We do not warrant the suitability of goods for any particular purpose, and if you are in any doubt you should check a products specifications and suitability with us before ordering from us.

Discounted Items:

1. We mark products that qualify for discounts with the discounted price Highlighted in RED, this is next to the price in your shopping basket. Products which do not display the RED lower price are not eligible for a discount at that time.

2. Where an online offer states that a discount is given on a purchase up to a stated percentage, the discount given will only be applicable to qualifying products and the percentage of discount given will vary between qualifying products.

3. Supplementary charges such as delivery or postage & packing shall not be discounted unless specifically stated in the promotion description.

4. Refunds for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Competitions (Price Draws)

1. From time to time we may run free to enter prize competitions on the Website or one of our social media outlets.

2. Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom who access the Website from the United Kingdom. All participants must be aged 18 or over (“Participants”). In consideration of us making the Competitions available to you, you agree to be bound by these Promotions Terms and Conditions.
